The Fast Cycle Concept:
Steelco follows the growing customer demand for washer disinfectors which can combine high standard cleaning and drying results with working efficiency and very short cycle time of 35minutes. Using pre-heating tanks for washing and rinsing water, preheating water for disinfection, large valves that allow water into and out of the chamber quickly and a drying system through the spray arms as well as the chamber to decrease the cycle times significantly.
The range of Small and Medium units includes:
- DS 50 - countertop units with 1 or 2 doors
- DS 500 - underbench units with 1 door, and options of glass or steel doors
- DS 600 - column unit with 1 or 2 door options
- DS 610 - column unit with 1 or 2 doors, manual or sliding and FAST cycle options
A key feature of the accessories from Steelco, is that the Instrument carts/inserts have options to remove some of the levels:
- C737 - 5 fixed levels
- C701 - 3 removable levels
- C879 - 4 removable levels
