The first Microprocessor-equipped Phototherapy offering great performance and reduced size.

The replacement of the Phototherapy equipment has been one of Fanem's most important focusses in the field of Neonatology.

Recent developments in phototherapy have shown significant changes from the large and awkward box-type fluorescent lamps of the 90's, to the new halogen technology.

The creation of the Bilispot® changed the protocols with an acknowledged efficacy in the treatment of low birth weight premature babies.

The addition of the conventional LED´s to the phototherapeutic treatment did not come with much change in the size of the phototherapy units as most are made up of many LEDs. This has kept the size of the units large and expensive.

The Bilitron® 3006 comes as the first truly mini phototherapy unit, microprocessor controlled capable of reporting the following parameters:

  • Treatment time
  • Super LED Usage time
  • ability to list and memorize the data of the unit
  • Otional radiometer sensor to measure the high radiance emitted by the differentiated Super-LED´s

The Bilitron® 3006 unfolds a new era of an actual “mini-phototherapy”, packed with never seen before characteristics to best treat hyperbilirrubinemia.

Available in 3 configuations:

1. Stand-alone unit for use on top of incubators
2. Mounted on an adjustable stand
3. Mounted on an exension arm for use with the Ampla 2085 Infant Warmer
