The medinBLENDER enriches breathing gas for therapeutical use with oxygen and adjusts the amount of gas which is delivered to the patient.
They may be used for the CPAP therapy of neonates and premature infants in combination with the nCPAP generator Medijet® or Miniflow®, in combination with a possibility to measure the CPAP pressure and in combination with a continuously monitoring of the patients oxygen saturation.
The medinBLENDERs may only be used by trained personal and only for clinical use. The gas supply hast o be clean, dry and oil free medical air and medical oxygen. The gas supply pressure has to be 3,5 to 6 bar and the difference between the gases hast o be less than one bar, otherwise an acoustic alarm will be triggered.
